Satatham Kritam, the two words together, mean “Continuum of actions or creations of excellence.” The name of the Firm is an inspirational and logical basis for building the culture of Satatham Kritam Legal Solution LLP (SKLS).SKLS was founded by Dr. S K Murthy (an engineer and a lawyer with about 30 years of experience in technology, IPR, IP policy, corporate governance, and teaching in MNCs – last 20+ years in Intel India as its Director of IP) in Dec 2024 as an LLP.
SKLS brings a unique offering to the practice of IP by collaborating with innovators and innovative companies (including multi-national companies having R&D facilities in India) to build a strategy for protecting their valuable IP.
