Ms. Swetha Maladkar is an experienced patent specialist with diverse experience across in-house and law firm environments. She has worked in-house with a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Silicon Valley, as well as with one of the largest Indian IT services and consulting companies. She has also supported intellectual property matters at law firms in both the United States and India.

Swetha holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and Law degree from India and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the United States. She was registered under Limited Recognition pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 11.9 (currently inactive)
